Anna Grindstaff, Project Coordinator

Anna is a social worker with two decades of experience in child development and child welfare. She holds a Sociology degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and has served in a variety of roles with Catawba County since 2005, including as one of the first Success Coaches supporting families post-permanency. Trained as a Parents as Teachers educator, Anna is passionate about helping families build stability and resilience.
Outside of work, Anna is a proud mom in a blended family of seven. While she enjoys spending time at home, she remains solar-powered at heart and enjoys being outside, preferably on a beach. On weekends, you can find her cheering on her kids at sporting events or enjoying a concert.
